Typically just a new email and putting the main membership in a spouse's name, then adding the other spouse free is the way to work it. Billing can be the same in that scenario.

Unlike the pharmacy or to purchase alcohol, no state has a law saying you're entitled access to the food court. It's treated as an exclusive benefit for paying members just like access to the gas station.
