In my experience the cotton in these Amazon shirts is super bargain basement, very wrinkly. I usually either hand dry or do a short cycle in the dryer and don't iron/steam, but these shirts need to be ironed/steamed or you can't wear them. I did get lucky with one shirt having better quality cotton and I like it a lot, but that was like 1 out of 6.
