For a hot second I thought this was the model and I was ready to unnecessarily spend a lot of money.

This 1440p one frequently drops down to this price, so no rush if you need to think about it. If you can swing it, I highly recommend waiting until the 2160p one drops to the ~$1300 range either on LG or Amazon. Fantastic monitor.

Not everyone can run that monitor and I have this monitor and it's a great monitor for it for this price plus two year warranty and a 75 dollar rebate

This was $450 like yesterday from their outlet but sold within a few minutes. For me I Cant go 1440p so big. Even my widescreen 34" 1440p was super blurry text compare to the 32" 4k oled i have now. Wished it was the 5k

I got this a few months back and love it. No blurry text issues etc.

Not at full refresh rate. It's a limitation with the version of hdmi and display port...

Fwiw i have this exact monitor and it's pretty great. My only complete was don't fringing so i use dldsr and upscale to 4k and it seems to help. Yes i have a high powered GPU you kind of have to to make this monitor make sense for most gaming.
