If you want a warmer sound, check out out the Fiio FT1 Pro.
Last note: These are open back meaning you can hear noise from your surroundings. I like this because I can hear my cat meowing at my feet and it feels less stuffy.

The Sundara is a bright, very neutral open back planar that stands out for detail, imaging, and bass extension once it is properly powered and EQed. At this price it is widely framed as a strong value, especially compared with models that cost around twice as much. The main catch is power, since it benefits from a dedicated DAC and headphone amp, and the stock tuning can feel light on bass. Fit, treble brightness, and HiFiMan quality control also come up, so it suits listeners who can drive it and tolerate a leaner sound.

Paired with the basic Schitt Modi & Midi amp & DAC and sprung for a nice cable from Blue Jean.
one thing I need to say about HiFi Man is they are WELL KNOWN for their headphones shipping with issues, even (especially?) "refurbs" - Like one ear not working, etc. BUT if you get a working pair, or deal with them to replace the faulty pair, you'll likely be very, very happy with them.
Setting up a new account was annoying (had to end around the passkey nonsense to be able to setup a regular password), and until I entered my shipping address the site insisted they were unavailable, and the redirect out to PP got hung up on the way back, but in general forcing window refreshes by clicking on other site stuff helped my currency capybara get devoured by the AliExpress anaconda.
Mine just shipped from NJ, and currently AliExpress shows 16 available for shipping from US.

I tried a private browser window, but couldn't log in (it just kept trying with the busy circle).
-sign out/sign in
-disconnect from VPN
-"edit" address and save it (didn't help from what I could tell)
-reselect same credit card (this seems to have worked ???)
The original error was something like:
confirm delivery method error of invalid, buyer id is [...] ,orderLineId is [...] , bizOrderId is [...], eagleeye is [....]
I tried logging in and setting my USA (Maryland) address and it still says that.
