Child Policy: Guests under 16 are not permitted in the Adults-Only Wing and cannot be accommodated.

Daily buffet breakfast is available at The Mangrove or The Restaurant from 7am – 10.30am.
Daily lunch or dinner is a two-course set menu per adult and one-course meal per child, served at The Restaurant, The Meal, Green & Grill, Talay Thai or The Food Court.
Seasonal dining venues: Green & Grill and The Meal operate during green season (May to October). From November to April, guests can dine at Talay Thai, Food Court, The Bar or The Restaurant. Venues operate seasonally according to hotel occupancy and weather conditions.
Nightly cocktail per adult is a standard cocktail and is available at select onsite restaurants and bars. Daily bucket of local beer (four cans) per room is provided for base packages.
Free-flow packages: Free-flow hour is available from 5pm – 6pm at select onsite venues. Drinks include a selection of standard cocktails or mocktails.
One daily soft drink or fruit juice is available for children in all packages, served at The Pool Bar only.
The included massages can be redeemed at Mind Spa and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Spa is open daily from 9am to 6pm (last booking at 5.30pm).
Some facilities are operated seasonally (November to April) and depending on weather conditions.
The complimentary shuttle service to and from Khao Lak centre operates per schedule with limited seats. Advance booking required.
Adults-Only Wing includes exclusive access to The Sky Restaurant, The Sky Bar and Adults-Only Pool Bar. Please note the Mai Holiday Adults-Only Wing shares select resort facilities with the Family Zone.
Kids' playroom is open from 10am – 12pm, and 2pm – 4pm under parental supervision. Available for children 12 years and under.
Nightly movie screenings operate at the stage daily (weather dependent) and must be booked in advance at reception.
Complimentary resort activities include beach volleyball, sea kayaking and tennis. Some activities require advance booking and are weather dependent. Please contact the resort directly for more information.
The signature welcome drink is a herbal drink or juice, served on arrival.

Guests booking a Deluxe Suite will be allocated a room in the Family Zone. Guests may request a suite in the Adults-Only Wing. Extra charges apply and are payable directly to the hotel.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
Flight number and arrival time
Child seats requirements
Number of pieces of luggage including large items
You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
