If this worked every man would use it every day.
The only things that really work, but not for everyone are mixonidil (rogain), finasteride, nizoral (Ketoconazole) shampoo.

Does any of this stuff work for people who already have lost a lot and have thinned hair or is this more a preventative measure for those who are at risk of losing hair? Cause I've never heard of any remedy that can restore hair thickness.

So true. I spent thousands on OTC products. Only minoxidil and finasteride worked.
I ended up getting hair transplant. Best decision ever. You can get them in Asia for damn cheap(mine was 4000 grafts for $2600). Been 7 yrs and still holding strong.

Dutasteride has been proven to be more effective, but also comes with a higher likelihood of ED and reduced libido. I have used finasteride for 10+ years with great results and thankfully no side effects.

No, it's just a sales gimmick. Ingredient like biotin cannot even be absorbed through the hair.
