These are my favorite shakes for keto and I've used them for years. It's not a ton of protein but it's enough and they're high in fat so you feel fuller a little longer. I think the taste is really good as well. I suck these down like a kid with a juice box though. It's gone instantly.

Nutrition on these is good! Maybe a bit high o\in fat, but 15g protein out of 160 calories is a solid ratio.

Your lack of math skills do not make it trash. The protein per calories is a fine ratio, and it has 3 grams of fiber. This is a perfectly fine snack that lightly helps two of the most important things most people need.
