Is there any indication of when this promo expires? Highly tempted but I'd like to wait a couple of weeks to see if any good phone+plan deals unlock elsewhere (Mint) since my phone is getting kinda old and might not last 24 months.

Which network are these guys on? Any reviews on reception, service, speed throttling (or not)?

They are primarily Verizon, but also have T-mobile

When you sign up, you can choose between Verizon or T-Mobile for network.
The reception should mirror the host you pick, although your service will be lower-priority compared to someone directly buying from Verizon or T-Mobile.
Customer service and website can be a little buggy.
Speed slows down after you have used up your 20GB in a month, and could completely cut off after using a few extra gigs.
