Osprey has a smaller packable day pack, literally packs up small enough to fit on your keychain, I bring it around in case I buy something on mini trips, can unpack the bag and throw water bottle, food, etc in it

I have a PacSafe but I don't know why the snarky comments regarding slash resistant. Steel cables in the straps is pretty standard for these type of bags and definitely slows down the cut the straps and run thefts.

Which PacSafe do you have? PacSafe seems amazing, but they have too many choices and it costs too much to get the wrong one.

I actually have the "secure-your-own-bag" option, which is great but I'd rather carry a secure/lockable bag instead.
