Looks like these ones on Amazon are 3 piece, whereas Walmart ones are 4 piece. The no brand name is the same though, and probably make and quality wise, they might be the same. Also, Amazon ones are for 40, 24 price is for prime members, not all on SD have prime membership. Between the two choices, I would go with Walmart offer for a 4 piece assuming they are the same.
