formula for a 16oz bottle requires combining 13 oz water with 2 oz (or 4 tablespoons) of dish soap and 1 oz (or 2 tablespoons) of 70% isopropyl alcohol. Add the alcohol and soap first, then fill with water to avoid excess foaming.
