I am only seeing an $81 savings for education, vs the $162 you shared. I thought they were normally the same.

I know this is about the EPP discount. Just FYI...the military discount is the same for anyone that might have it as I do but not have EPP. I just checked and it also has the $162 savings.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank jl2672a

I've owned 15 tvs in my life and this is the only one that I can honestly say is gutter garbage. (Frame 55 LS03F). The first one failed after 4 days with the screen going black. Audio worked, no picture. Samsung came and replaced it but refused to help me put it back on the walls. This second one, I use with my Amazon fire stick and it absolutely socks. The hdmi handshake between the box and the stick almost never works. I end up having to spend 10 min on average getting the damned thing to handshake and show the fire stick menu. Never had this problem with any other tv including a Samsung 65 frame. Or the 50 hotel tvs I use the fire stick with. Tried two different fire sticks with same results.

Then sometimes the colors go red and requires a fire stick restart.

On top of all this misery, I cannot believe that tv makers have managed to put bloatware onto tvs. It nags me every time to use their damned AI and you have to go deep into their menu to disable it.

Samsung's controller socks. It's menu socks. How can they be so bad compared to LG?

The picture is trash - it's washed out and so bad compared to my two Lg oleds.

I only bought this because it was supposed to mount flush and look like art. Even that requires a subscription!

To the angry poster above: in all honesty, all problems you mentioned are Fire TV stick issues. It is the garbage.
Oh and the subscription is not absolutely needed if you want to show family photos or stuff like that. You pay for the art - not a fault of the TV.
