Been looking to get some sort of heat gun. Anyone have any suggestions or if this one is worth buying? I do have some ryobi tools already.

I have a couple of cordless heat guns and unfortunately this is one tool that seems to disappoint a majority of users no matter what brand they are. They are not close to putting out the heat of corded units.

Which is great if you want a portable, lower heat one for specific uses. I wouldnt consider these an either or purchase.
I like them (more specifically the heat pen) for heat shrinking automotive wiring, cleaning up/heat molding 3D prints, etc.

Definitely won't compare to even a cheap corded 7nit, but I f8md this one very handy for on the go or quick heat shrinking. Not good for anything that requires more precise temps as it's not adjustable.
