Factory blemished is brand new, there is no blemish/defective.
TTI has a contract with HD to sell "new" ryobi tools. DTO sells "new" tools from TTI as "blemished" to not violate TTIs contracts.

Purchased last week during the same deal. It arrived in about 5 days and works well. I don't see where the blemish would be, except that maybe the color is slightly off and thus Ryobi is trying to get rid of them. Would buy again.

I too purchased this when it was on deal a week or so back. Works great and shipped quickly. Mine looked like it had been used only slightly. Will be nice not having to switch back and forth between soap and spray tips when washing the boat this Summer.

How much psi are you running this at? Seems like it would be ok for electric washers but simply blow apart at high psi gas washers. No?
Edit~ FWIW the manufacturer states "For gas and electric pressure washers up to 3300 psi".

these are nice, i was expecting plastic for some reason, but it seems to be a more durable powder coated cast aluminum.

AFAIK, these are not necessarily blemished, they just have to call them that for contract reasons to sell them at a discount. Ive gotten a few things from sales like this and never seen a blemish.
