These are really handy lights to have if you are in the Ryobi ecosystem and already have the batteries. The gooseneck really helps to shine the bright light exactly where you need it. I have one of these in each of my vehicles and a couple in the shop. This is as low as I have seen them at $20, great price.

DTO deals have been posted here for ages. By now, most poeple know they sell refurbished and factory blemished items. Could you encounter an issue with an item after purchase? Yes. The same is true for buying brand new. The items they sell have warranty coverage, and in my overall experience they've handled situations well.

I did not know direct tools has really bad reviews. I always buy tools with them and I never encounter a problem

Never had a problem with direct tools, either online or in person. I got this light as part of the three light Home Depot deal and it's incredibly handy, especially under the Jeep.

a shame they won't make these with replaceable LED bulbs. you trash the whole thing when light quits working, or even if there is a breakage in the PCB board or circuits within

Isn't DTO owned by the same parent company as Ryobi?

And I have never had a problem buying their stuff for years. But I stay with blemished which are literally brand new, Never even seen one mark.
