Do you have the G‑Sensor/Impact Detection feature enabled? This function automatically saves footage when it detects a collision or sudden braking, and those files cannot be overwritten unless you manually delete them or format the SD card. Over time, these protected videos will continue to use storage until the card becomes full.

"No, the Pelsee P1 Pro 4K Dash Cam uses a lithium metal battery composition, not a supercapacitor"

Had an alert because I just got this deal last week and it would NOT let me get a second one. Got it this time.. same price. Love it.

The back camera isnt GREAT in the back of my truck but I love it for what it is. Great app. Great kit works much better than the single front cam I had.

FYI. I have to format the memory card on this one when it's full. I do not see where to set it to overwrite if full. I might have to do it about once a week….32 GB card.

In bought one two months ago. I don't use the rear camera but the front cam works great compared to my 5 year old viofo 1080p. Good at night too. For $50 it's a great camera.

The battery in my 5 years old Viofo 1080p is bad. The date is always reset after engine stop. I decided to buy this one, too because it does use STARVIS2 lens compared to other cheap options on Amazon.

This item goes on sale every month now. I bought it during last month's sale, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality. I'm curious to see how well it holds up during the Texas summer. I've only installed the front camera and switched it to 2K mode in 5 minute loop. I'm not using the Wi-Fi or app, I'm just planning to rely on the memory card.

It does have auto overwrite. This issue only happened to me once. I formatted the sd card and it has not happened since(almost 1 year).
