I'm in, purchased.

Just to be sure everyone understands - People/Pets/Plants MUST BE VACATED from the space when this is in use. The ozone it produces displaces oxygen and can possibly KILL many living things.

I had smoldering lint in the cabinet of my dryer which filled my laundry room with a smokey odor. I always keep the vent clean, so this really surprised me. After cleaning out the cabinet and cleaning it with vinegar, I used an ozone generator, not this brand, for two hours with the laundry room door closed and the window partially open. It worked like a charm. No smoke smell at all. These things are great!!

can you run in to pull the plug off the wall to turn it off or do you need a timer/remote?

Just hold your breath. It's not going to kill you. When I ran it in my car, I snaked the wire via the door and plugged it in at the wall - and then it switched on. Getting back into the car is actually worse.
