This tabletop propane griddle stands out for simple outdoor cooking on a seasoned steel surface that needs cast iron style care, with cleaning by scraping, wiping, drying, and re oiling to prevent rust. The H burner is the main draw, and the compact size makes it easier to lift and clean than larger griddles. The previous rectangular burner version was praised for cooking well, but the new layout is said to leave weaker flame coverage near the front. The base also drew complaints for thin metal and bent shipping damage, making durability a concern for travel use.
