Calling them "Dolby Atmos Speakers" is misleading. These are regular satellite bookshelf speakers that have contacts in the top of the cabinet that can pass a separate positive/negative pair to an upward firing speaker. That additional speaker that sits on top (Jamo S-ATM) is not included.

Something I had to take into consideration when looking at purchasing these is that I was going to have to buy speaker stands. Not everyone needs stands, but I would have needed to. By the time I purchased some decent stands, I would've spent almost the same amount as the 809 towers cost at $200/pair from the same site. If you do go with the 803's, maybe take a look at the matching 810 subwoofer for a bit more bass. Same site selling that for $100. It's not an amazing sub but great for $100.

However if you're going to put these on a console stand near a TV you can just let them fire forward or 3d print some short angled stands depending on your setup
