I have 4 of these and three of them don't turn on for more than 3 hours on dim. Either the charging system is bad or the batteries are duds. What pieces of shit. Also, do not believe the reviews. Some talk about customer support. There is none. Amazon is CS and they try to replace them, but it is definitely a hit or miss on the batteries or the charging system. For the initial charge, there is not usb-c. You will need sunlight to charge them and they take forever and like I said 3 out of 4 are duds.

You have to "visit the promo code page to activate"....odd, I know. I was too confused when I tried to manually apply the coupon code but if you read the directions (no hate, I didn't either) it still works as of 9:46 EST.

Hard pass on these solar powered lights. The solar panel will warp and bend within a year or sooner.

I keep clicking on these solar LED light deals, just hoping for ones that actually hold up.
I cant count how many of these I've purchased through the years, and IF I'm lucky, id get a max of 2 years. It doesn't help living in the PNW where it pretty much rains all the time.

I've found that if you seal them up the best you can with silicon when they are new they last much longer.
I've sometimes opened them up when they are new, and swapped out for a much higher capacity, and then sealed them back up. Or, if the lights and solar panel still functions after a year or two, you might be able to swap out the battery and seal it back up. Smilie

Got these a few days ago and installed them. Worked really good so far. I set them to run at 20% all night. So far, no issues. Battery charging up nicely with this Summer snap in SoCal.

Bought a pair of white ones from previous deals, hasn't failed on me yet. But the material quality and brightness isn't the greatest. Still, they're quite nice for the price.

These are a crapshoot and you get what you pay for. I bought 4 of these about 3 months ago. 2 of them failed within the first week. It's tempting to think that they're so cheap that it's worth the gamble... but you're gonna invest time setting them up and then a bunch of time trying to figure out if it's not working because you set it up incorrectly or if it's actually a dud. I recommend avoiding these.
