These suck.
See those pics showing the air moving all around your neck from this thing? Doesn't work like at. Air only comes out the first inch of the vents on each end, not around your neck.
This one also says "increases wind wolume" on their promo pic. Just junk from a random made-up company.
Save your money and skip.
