Amazon is up to some shenanigans if they're saying 107.49 is the usual price.

According to their own 90 day price history, it's $75.

Home Depot also has this on sale for $60, which they say is marked down from $75

It's also $65 at Lowes, without any indication that it's on sale.

You have to check the label on the back. Usually it's only 50% seed and the rest is "organic matter" ie dirt

yep, amazon is the master of the "was" price lie. you gotta check camel, camel and other stores to verify things. the usual price they're using here is the maximum price ever for the product, not the usual.

true. this is the all seed one. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D96VR...=UTF8&th=1. this price used to be around $100. i bought a comparable 40lb version twice 5 or 6 years ago.

I used this last year and it completely destroyed my yard with weeds. I ended up having to tear up half my front yard to get rid of it and reseed in the fall. I have 1 bag left and plan to use it on my side yard which gets no sun and erodes during rainstorms.

The EZ seed is great for patches but not for large areas because of what poorSAP mentioned. The organic matter is barely dirt and really mulch. It works decently but honestly better to buy seed and some topsoil for better value
