Seems like a good price- but I would highly suggest going and trying on some vests and different weights before settling on one.

I thought having a heavier vest would be good for training (I'm a decent sized guy) and got a max 60# vest. Started with 20# in it and it was a killer on my shoulders and lats...not comfortable at all!

A vest that's too light won't have much of an impact and too heavy could be hard on your frame.
