Not sure how these taste, but these electrolyte tablets are excellent to keep in your gym bag. Perfect for keeping a container ready and popping one of these in a water bottle and filling up at the water cooler before each workout. Was running low on Gatorade zero and propel tablets.
At 0.26 per tablet, this is about as cheap as I've seen any of these tablets. Basically, like getting four 32 Oz bottles of Gatorade for a dollar, but with less waste and in a much more convenient form.
