Basically the difference is miniscule between qty 4 of 100 box which is .0179 each bag vs .017883333 for the two packs of 300.
IMO, the packs of 100 are more likely to fit into your drawers or cabinets better.

Irrespective of price, I have had a poor experience with these bags this past couple months. Half the bags in the box did not line up properly and could not be zippered closed. Obviously some sort of manufacturing error, and very rare I'm sure. But I don't think I'd buy them again. I have no troubles with the quart/gallon size storage/freezer ones, just these sandwich bags.
