Taking a tbsp of honey before you go to bed at night will help most people with night sweats.

Most tests agree that alleged cooling fabrics, like these Rayon and polyester covers, are not effective. Some can feel cooler at first touch, but most lose the sensation in seconds or minutes and there's no way for the fabric to recover coolness while you're near it.
