I bought 2 of these from Temu for $18 shipped. They have been surprisingly good for colors and overall brightness. Came with a remote to change pattern/speed/color. Never checked to see if there was an app as I keep them on a setting by my pc.

They all seem similar on amazon with many have quantity of 2 for around this price for one.
Govee I guess is the brand name for those who want to feel "safe" but they are LEDs, nothing new
I believe the only big thing is the type of LEDs, if its only RGB it cant produce a nice true white or warm white color
I see some advertising RGBW but its the cool white
is there not any for RGBWW?
I guess many wont care for that but those with class, taste, and attention to detail, having a true W and WW is a must
