These are limited to 8gb storage and get backed up with the new OS. Not worth it, 4k max 2023 with 16gb would be better choice

Yes indeed, the only one that doesn't allow that is the New Amazon fire tv stick Select, this one should work just fine

What do you mean "get backed up with the new OS"? That they'll have gone to the trouble of pushing the latest Fire TV OS updates before shipping?
