Waterproof even in rain. And even in the snow we had 3x in nyc. I work construction. But woman ones are cheaper and I add more when the woman ones were on sale for $30 in feb.

where do you live? It's advertised as breathable, but the fabric has to be treated enough to prevent water from passing through, it would have to be very cold for me to want that, could get humid on long hikes.
