you may get coverage but technically woot is 90 day warranty only and not considered an authorized dealer even if it's owned by amazon.

Unless they know something different, for new items the manufacturer's warranty supersedes the 90 day Woot warranty. Woot won't even talk to you about the 90 day warranty in those cases. Not that anyone should be paying $50 extra for a warranty, but maybe Amazon is playing their usual games, and the Woot listing isn't new, and they just "forgot" to mention that.
