Why wouldn't you get full warranty? I bought an New, Open Box MSI board from Woot and have full coverage for another 2.x years.
Unless they know something different, for new items the manufacturer's warranty supersedes the 90 day Woot warranty. Woot won't even talk to you about the 90 day warranty in those cases. Not that anyone should be paying $50 extra for a warranty, but maybe Amazon is playing their usual games, and the Woot listing isn't new, and they just "forgot" to mention that.
