The only real difference I can see is that this one has independent finger compression for each of your fingers (basically 360 degree compression air "tubes" around each finger) while the cheaper one that was $26 yesterday does not have these "4D" finger tubes and instead just has more general compression chambers at the top and bottom of the finger area other then that there is really no difference.
