I bought one of these. They're OK. The latching mechanism feels cheap and not very secure.

I just saw these on clearance at my local HD for about $7. The locking clasps are very weak. It's very easy to accidentally dump everything if you lightly nudge the clasp.

I've had this thing for like 8-9 years at this point. I also thought the latch would fail, but nope. It's been full of hardware since I got it and figured it would eventually go bad but nope. This thing's neat, but i'm not sure 20 bucks is the price point I'd scoop it at. I have beat it to death and I can still see through the plastic a good bit.
Also, this thing predates the "mobile toolbox" craze and appears as though it would go on a "box system" but it doesn't unless I've missed something.

It's more akin to a pretty good tackle box. I'd be happy with it for that purpose now that I think about it.

Latches are cheap and parts will get mixed up.
