Just a reminder that this is PCI-E Gen 3, for Gen 4 you need a 5600, 5600x, 5700x etc. (Vermeer). If your m2.SSD is Gen 3 then go for it. It's a great price (in this overpriced market) since the Vermeer ones start at $150 minimum now.

They probably meant 5600G, and yes, that would indeed have been a good deal before the RAMpocalypse.

I got a 5600GT for $100 at one point and the only problem was that it caused me to rebuild a functional but much slower AMD A4-5000 DDR3 ITX box when I didn't really need to upgrade despite the 15x CPU performance bump. Now get off of my lawn...

I've bought 4 sets of 16GB ram (2x8GB, 3000-3200mhz CL16-19) for $40 each or less on ebay in the past couple months for budget builds. Each of those listings either had bad photos or incorrect information so you just have to sift through them. All 'buy it now'.
