I agree, the 5 item sale under $10/$20 (ITC) is my favorite sale. I speculate that they kept it a lower sale due to the Spring Black Friday coming up:

This might be the lamest promotion harbor freight has ever run. Nobody wants early access for a $3 max coupon. Hopefully this doesn't signal the end for 30% off under 20 ITC. Making this a limit one instead of the usual 5 is just the cherry on top. I seriously thought this was a joke. at first. This after they ran a promotion for $10+ free items and then I get handed a $2 magnet strip instead on Saturday morning at 9am. Yesterday I went there on my lunch break and they were out of Quinn ratchets and pick sets, the only day I actually had something I wanted to buy on sale.

I just renewed my membership before the March PLS after taking a year off. Considering getting it refunded, I guess you get 90 days to do so.
