Directly with Metro by T-Mobile if you use byod it's $25/line that's $75 total
US Mobile also regularly has under $18 a line for essentially same plan as this.
Not sure if this is good when with others can get about $25-$30 all in per line with same benefits and more.
I'd recommend US Mobile Warp network, that's Verizon. Depending on if they have a sale you might be able to get $15/line
Edit: Right now they've got $199 for the year (one payment thus locked in for the year) but that's under $17/month, probably the best deal you'll find right now

Us mobile unlimited flex (If that is what your referring to) slows what the speed is after your 10gb of high speed data is used. "Speed may be throttled to 1Mbps" which was the deal breaker for me.
I think the biggest selling point of this deal is not the price or Speeds/gigs, but the longevity. None of this" promo price ends after 1st year". No price hikes, just stay active and pay the same.
I'm now at mint mobile's annual plan for 15$/mo promo. After one year it will double its price and I'll go through the hassle of switching again

Unlimited starter, and sure intro prices suck but that's just the game.
However even at full price, unlimited starter is only $22.50 a month if paid annually compared to this which is $28.33 if paid monthly.
Not to mention, T-Mobile literally advertised Price lock for years and years. However it suddenly increased the prices on their 'price locked' plans and that was apparently entirely legal
Another way to word it is that the lifetime price lock (which T-Mobile is notoriously bad at keeping) is what makes it this different from other mvnos that offer the similar prioritization and speed.
Also, it still would seem considerably cheaper for a regular consumer using verizion postpaid paying 150/mo. Is this a good deal? Absolutely. But is this the best deal? Depends on the consumer's priorities and what they value, and some are interested in offers like this.
