Not saying I'd want it but I assume it's moisture resistant mdf.

To be honest, I thought all this crap was MDF these days. I need a vanity and found them all of cheap material and overpriced. Decided that I'll make one myself out of real wood, even if it turns out to cost me more.

The faucets are a good price. I'm in the market at the moment and anything in the $50 price range is really appealing.

I went with these in my recent remodel. They are high quality plywood, and pretty affordable. I think that brands sells different sizes too. It reminds me of Ikea plywood furniture to be honest, but My kids love to make a mess and it did not warp even when the sink overflowed once.

I try to use Plywood for all under sink cabinets. MDF or fiberboard is fine for normal cabinets but definitely not for sinks unless it's for a property you are trying to flip quickly.

Water creations has an online store where they sell higher end plywood dovetail construction fully assembled Carrara marble topped vanities as well at a very reasonable price if you can't be bothered with assembly.
I actually use Water Creations fully assembled vanities in all my out of town rental properties, since labor rates for the cheaper high quality vanities that need assembly will eat up all my savings. I realized it will save me money in the long run since they are very durable, and adds class and luxury for my tenants lol.

Moisture resistant MDF is also garbage.
