Is this exactly the same as the Cincom one on sale for $150 couple weeks ago? The device seems to look the same aside from branding...

This one comes with a "wireless" rechargeable controller. I say "wireless" because you still have the air hoses connected to the sleeves but the controller does not need to be connected to the outlet. The Cincom one I've seen for $140 seems to not have the portable functionality. There was a deal posted for $180 that I saw that had the portable Cincom one. It seemed identical except for branding like you said. They are likely both made by the same factory and then branded accordingly
