If you've ever tried using one of these, you'd understand that you're not going to be putting that much weight on for this forearm exercise. Even 10lbs going up and down a few times keeping arms straight and back against the wall will feel like alot for avg man.

The nylon webbing rope to hold the weights worries me.

I made one of these from a stick that was about 1.5" thick and a rope when I was in high school, 30 some years later my kids use it still. For $8.50 this isn't a bad price.

Like RustyShakleford said, you aren't putting much weight on it, hold arms out straight, let it down slowly and then roll it up, repeat. It says max weight 100#, I'm sure 99% of users will never put 25# on there, as 10 is more than enough

I had this exact one, worked for a week until the nylon rope snapped. It's very cheaply made. The grip handle was coming loose as well. Literal junk. I just made one from a wooden stick i got at home depot and rope. Didn't cost much more

If you have a ROW pull handle with same rolling bar, it is same idea.

Have this. Ideally, I wish it was a little wider and the grip a little thicker, but I'm very wider across the shoulders than most. It's a great deal and well made for the price. Forearm strength is a pretty big power leak in a lot of sports for people who are otherwise strong from lifting.

I have one made out of a chunk of PVC pipe (either 1.5 or 2") 20+ years ago. Clipping it to a jug of water is sufficient for most users.

But at today's PVC prices, unless you've got a scrap laying around, this is cheaper and comes with a rope, carabiner, and loading pin!

It's way more expensive. More than double the price.

These slightly get more expensive, but seem like they would last longer. Also the last one seems to have the best grip handles
