The OBD connector on this is a little finicky. It only has one of the two possible ground pins and as a result didn't work on my 2000s Camry and Corolla

When placing a solar panel behind a vehicle windshield, you can expect an average efficiency loss of 30% to 50% compared to placing it in direct outside sunlight. Under poor conditions, such as with tinted glass or suboptimal angles, this loss can soar to 70% or more.

I got this about a month ago at $30 for a truck that isn't used too often. I use it with the solar panel inside the windshield on the dashboard, connected to the OBD2. It's been working well so far.

Incredible price. I have been trying to piece an overkill 100W version together for way more but needs to be on more cars. This price lets me do it on each easily.

I bought the 20w Flexsolar charger/maintainer a couple of weeks back, has very similar attachments and ways to charge. It was $30 at the time, now $33. Works great so far and nicely built.

Bought this for my F-150 as the system was complaining that my 12v battery was running low. Plugged this in and I no longer get that notification. I just leave it on the dashboard plugged into my OBD II. Great trickle charger when no power is around.

It's just a trickle charge.

Just a tinkle...not a good flow.

watching this - $5 off doesn't seem like a "deal" - but if it gets to $10 off, I just might bite.

I don't know much about how it works
Would it overcharge and/or damage the battery (if left unattended)?

I've got three of these on equipment and they keep the battery from draining, but it's NOT a charger, if you've got a dead battery this isn't what you need, which should be obvious.
