No decline adjustment, I don't think I'd buy it for even half the price. Better options out there, for a better price and more versatile functions.

If you really think your bench needs to weigh more than what you can bench press to get a good workout, you are mistaken.

Nice little starter bench. Personally, would go for the go fly bird bench at this price range simply because it has a smaller footprint for storage.

30d warranty or not, Cap is an established budget brand that we've all heard of. I think everyone here is 100% going to take their stuff over a product from "Also Go", a seller called "VortexJuice" with only 93% positive rating, and an obviously AI-generated product detail page.

It's a bench that doesn't decline. That's 33% the function of a versatile bench. Cap is also the king of rebadging/white labeling. They don't make a bulk of the items with their label on it.

I've been using one of these for several months now and couldn't be happier with it. Very stable, good construction, meets my needs. It's solid enough that I don't worry about stability but not so heavy that moving it around is a hassle. It's not Rogue but also isn't $600 (which is about how much I spent for everything in my gym at the moment, weights included).

That said, CHECK THE WELDS when you receive it. I bought three CAP products, and all three had bad welds, which isn't something you want if you're using any kind of weight with them. CAP customer service is great though, and they sent out replacement parts immediately. A bit of an annoyance, but considering the price, it was fine with me.

If you look on Temu, they have 1200lb heavy duty (40+lb, 2+" steel tubing) benches with incline/decline for around $100 shipped. They also have free returns if you aren't satisfied. I've purchased quite a bit of gym equipment from there without issue. One piece had no issues but I realized I didn't have the space and returned it. It was ~100lbs and they paid for the return shipping and fully refunded me.

Not trying to thread crap on this deal. I appreciate that the OP took the time to post this. Just noting for those that want decline as well, the same build quality can be had for around the same price with decline functionality. The one I saw on there also has the locking pin for adjustment vs the bar you move up/down pegs. I prefer the locking pin types because you can grab the bench from the seat and the head end and pick it up vs the bar/peg types where the top half doesn't lock, making it more awkward to move around easily. Just search for 1200lb weight bench. (Links to temu seem to get stripped for some reason)
Usually lots of CB site deals too. One is at 18% rn.
