No decline adjustment, I don't think I'd buy it for even half the price. Better options out there, for a better price and more versatile functions.

Good thing I work out inside, no strong winds, and I use it as a bench, not as a weight to do deadlifts.

OK have fun with your 20 pound bench. Just wondering, why do you think legit companies like Rep or Rogue don't make 20 pound adjustable benches? I mean like you said a 20 pound bench is definitely rates for 1000 pounds, thats more than anyone would ever do.
