I purchased this back in Jan 2022 for 120$ when I needed to remove thinset from floors after demoing some tile. They're selling it for 100ish now.

100% worth the money and I think I got my money's worth from that project alone. Since then it is my go to drill for any concrete anchors that need to be set. It just chews through everything.

Probably all you'll need as a home owner who just occasionally needs a rotary hammer.

If you're doing anything other than lightweight around-the-house stuff, skip this and get the next step up (1" or 1-1/8"). This really is a light duty drill. A nice one, for sure, and better than any "hammer" drill function on a cordless or corded drill, but still the bottom end of the range. I burned out one of these after just 25-30 holes with a 3/4" bit going through old (prob 5000psi) concrete in a warehouse. I've got the 18V26DN and it's a better tool. It's been as low as $99 (tool only) in Jan, so keep looking of your time machine is on the fritz.

For $40 more you can get this plus 2 4ah batteries and a charger at Lowe's. Better value IMO.
