The two shared 65W ports can fast charge a pair of iPhones or iPads, and the brand gets credit for solid build quality and reliable power banks. The Baseus with the 2x shared 65W ports works better on my desk with 2x higher power devices (laptoos).
The Anker with the higher power USB-A ports (12W vs 7.5W) works better when I want to charge something more than accessories over USB-A.

I would take Baseus over Anker any day. Generally better build quality and reliability/endurance in my opinion
