The Baseus with the 2x shared 65W ports works better on my desk with 2x higher power devices (laptoos).
The Anker with the higher power USB-A ports (12W vs 7.5W) works better when I want to charge something more than accessories over USB-A.

I would take Baseus over Anker any day. Generally better build quality and reliability/endurance in my opinion

Orico is similar; an Asian brand that has expanded internationally.
An actual safety mark indicates that the manufacturer has gone through the process of having their product independently vetted by an NRTL, not just a "trust us" promise.
Whether that's acceptable is up to the buyer.
