FWIW, I don't think the reviews are being fair, it appears a lot of people buy this expecting it to meet their (misunderstood) expectations however reading the reviews might be helpful so another person doesn't mistake their projected use case for this rather niche device's actual purpose.

This is basically the Spork of the TV / monitor world. Does nothing particularly great but if you need a single device to do a little of everything, it might be a steal @ $100.

I got this monitor the last time it was priced $100. The color was very yellow in comparison to other monitor it was next to. The resolution was really bad and hurt my eyes looking at a blurry screen. If you looking for a monitor for work use, I would look elsewhere.
