some of the roblox gift card only mention the dollar amount e.g. $100, $200 and some mention the robux

weird amazon is charging me tax for gift card purchases. I don't remember them doing it in the past, and also checked on target and they aren't taxing me. Our tax is slightly above 10%, so the 15% isn't much then
