This is a decent deal, I paid 50-60 for a no name one just like this. I don't use it all the time, but when I need it, is SUPER handy. I use a cheapo laptop padded sleeve to store it in.

Like if I have to work on another computer but don't want to give up my main monitor... THIS. Or if I'm doing insanity spreadsheets for work on laptop? THIS. Or I'm at work and have to multitask and need more screen space? Yep, THIS.

So much so in fact I've thought about getting rid of my server/workbench monitor and just using something like this instead of the old 27" monster

I have even plugged in my Amz Fire HDMI stick and used it as an improvised 2nd screen during football game conflicts to watch 2 games at once

Note that I saw no mention of any type of case or cover included. Other that that possible problem, great deal.

This is perfect, I just bought two. I plan on making my own arcade 1up cabinet. But this is instead of having two players next to each other, they are facing towards each other with their own cabinet. Basically a mashup of a stand up cabinet and an arcade table.

Can you output video directly from a M1 iPad Pro via USB-C?

With the correct cable, I would say yes.

I purchased the first 2 you listed, and a few others not mentioned in this thread while testing out portable monitors a couple of years ago. The ones in this price range are similar enough that they're all adequate for general office work use cases. I use cheap laptop sleeves to store them while not in use.

You askin' me if I used this before? Get the fark outta here. I practically invented the way it's used, I'm talkin' daily reps, okay? This thing is more reliable than my barber on a Friday night before a holiday weekend so if youse gonna use it, do it with some respect, capisce?
