This weighs 50lbs, don't expect to easily lug it around when folded up. You can lock it up like a bike if you want to go into a store, and it folds to fit in the back of car which is awesome and the real use.

But you know those 5 gallon jugs of water for office water coolers? They weigh 5 pounds less than this. Imagine going up 3 flights of stairs to your apartment. Not ideal.

Had one of this style without pedals a few years ago and it was my least favorite of the electric scooter/bike styles. It's not ergonomic at all so it's uncomfortable, short distances only.

This model has pedals which means you can go faster than the 15.5mph when you want. Which is cool.

Overall, the deal seems good but I warn anyone who hasn't tried this style of e-bike that it's awkward to ride and you might dislike it.

100% agree with you. I had a customer who purchased a full size electric bicycle. According to him, small wheels make any rough surfaces hard to handle and pain in the but for long run. Even the sidewalk are difficult because of the groves/cuts on the concrete. These are good around the neighborhood, like a walled off communities/jailed/gated. No real use for commute.
