Nice laptop for sure - I had one from Costco and LOVED it. Battery life of the AMD CPU was awesome and would let me do work all day long (I'm an engineer and do a lot of automation work with various hardware devices and lots of different software). I liked it so much that I "upgraded" to the Gram with 32GB RAM and an Intel CPU... which actually feels slower and runs shorter than the AMD here.

Note, mine also had an extra NVMe slot inside, so you can add another drive (I did) with little effort. The back cover comes of nice and clean with screws - easy to upgrade.

Too bad the RAM is not upgradable... it's soldered and there are no slots.

Still, a great machine, especially at this price!

2023 model. Other than that get the AMD version if you want a longer battery life and better graphics.

Thanks for information. I'm about to buy a laptop around $700 but don't know what is good for college right now.

That LG spec sheet linked at the top lists a higher resolution screen and a 2.64 lb weight which is not accurate.
